Quotes & pricing

Quotes and the estimated pricing shown on our website are prepared from the drawings, schedules and specifications supplied by the customer or configured through our online ordering tool. Final pricing may change if dimensions, materials, quantities, artwork or production requirements change.

Prices shown are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and are estimates until confirmed by Handycom Craft Australia.

Artwork & approval

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, label schedules, artwork, measurements and installation requirements before production approval. We may provide a proof for sign-off before manufacturing begins on larger or custom orders.

Production & lead times

Lead times, delivery times and availability are confirmed at quote approval and may vary with order size, material availability and current workload.

Payment

Orders submitted online are estimates for review — Handycom Craft Australia will confirm final pricing and payment terms directly with you before production begins.

Returns & liability

Custom manufactured products are made to your approved specification and may not be returnable unless faulty or not produced to that specification. Handycom Craft Australia's liability is limited to the cost of the affected order.
